Every image tool here runs entirely in your browser: the picture is opened on your own device, processed with the canvas, and downloaded from there. Which tool do you need?

Make a file smaller — the image compressor shrinks JPG, PNG and WebP by up to 90% with a quality slider, twenty files at a time.
Change the dimensions — the resizer for exact pixels, cm or inches at a DPI, or a maximum file size in KB, the crop tool for a region, and the social media resizer for every platform's size in one go.
Change the format — convert between JPG, PNG and WebP, turn an iPhone photo into a JPG with HEIC to JPG, or rasterise vector graphics with SVG to PNG.
Fix orientation or add text — rotate and flip, add a watermark, or caption a meme.

JPG, PNG or WebP?

JPG is for photographs: small files, no transparency, a little loss each time it is saved. PNG is lossless and keeps transparency, so it suits logos, screenshots and graphics with sharp edges — at a larger size. WebP does both jobs at roughly a third smaller than either and is supported by every current browser; it is the right default for anything going on a web page, and the wrong choice for a file that has to open in old software. The converter and compressor both let you pick.

Why browser-side matters

Most online image tools upload your file to a server, process it there and keep it for a while. For a holiday snap that is harmless; for a scan of a passport or a client's product photos it is not. Processing in the browser removes the question entirely — the file never leaves the device — and it is faster, because there is no upload and no download. The trade-off is that very large batches depend on your own machine's memory, which is why the tools cap at twenty files at a time.
