Page size options
Fit page to each image makes every page exactly the size of its image, so there is no white space at all. Best for digital viewing and for images with different shapes.
A4 or US Letter gives consistent, printable pages. Images are centred and scaled to fit while keeping their proportions — nothing is stretched or cropped. With orientation set to auto, landscape images get landscape pages.
WebP and other formats
The PDF format itself only supports JPEG and PNG image streams natively. WebP and other formats your browser can decode are converted to high-quality JPEG automatically before embedding, so you can drop in modern screenshots without thinking about it.
Keeping the file size down
A PDF made from photos inherits their full resolution — twenty 4 MB phone photos produce roughly an 80 MB PDF. If you are emailing it, resize the images to around 1500 pixels on the long edge first, or run the finished PDF through a compressor. For scanned text, 300 DPI is the practical ceiling; beyond that you add file size without adding legibility.
